Executive Profile

About Mustafa Ibn Yacoob

Mustafa Ibn Yacoob is the Founder & CEO of Ask4Care Support Services Inc. He founded the company in 2014 and leads it from Toronto. His career spans more than 25 years in full-cycle recruitment, healthcare staffing, client service and retention, sales and marketing, and business management.

He started Ask4Care because he saw how hard the care system can be for families. Finding the right programs and services for a loved one is often stressful. His goal was to bridge the gap between people who need care and people who are willing and able to give it, and to make that access simple, reliable and fairly priced.

Before Ask4Care, Mustafa worked as a technology services analyst and programmer. He then moved into business process outsourcing and call centres, where he rose from supervisor to manager to director. He also worked in telecommunications outsourcing and full-cycle recruitment, and he is a CELTA-certified English trainer with experience in IELTS preparation.

Excellence is not taught in a day. It is doing the right things over and over again, until you know you have put your heart, mind and soul into your work.

Today, Mustafa sets Ask4Care’s strategy and oversees budgeting, forecasting, sales, marketing, and client onboarding and retention. For the past three years, he and his senior team have been restructuring the company to prepare for its next stage of growth.
