No matter the medical technology is getting advanced day by day however self-care or self-protection is a most important way to tackle every problem related to your health because, In this day to day life, everyone is speeding to the work & not finding enough time to care for themselves, to keep ourselves healthy, in this blog you could get few tips to keep yourself healthy in your day to day life

  1. Drink Water:

The Human body (Adult) constitutes around 50-60% of H2O, for all the essential activities i.e. absorption, distribution, metabolism & excretion of food supplements, medicines, etc. water is a necessary component. However, drinking water doesn’t include soda or other beverages. You may squeeze a lemon into the water & drink it

  1. Eat-in a healthy way & track your food intake

Make sure carbohydrates (starchy food like potatoes, rice, pasta, etc.), Proteins (Egg, meat, milk), Vitamins (vegetables & fruit) Dairy items (avoid much cheese, butter & high-fat foods)

Say no to junk food/packaged food & sugar drinks

  1. Get enough sleep

Sleep plays a vital role in your health, particularly for your mental health, learning & Memory,                            metabolism, mood conditions, cardiovascular health, maintenance of Autoimmune system


  1. Go for Exercise

Getting enough sleep is important not only for your brain but for overall body functional mechanism i.e. mental, physical & emotional performance

It generally helps you with the following activities: increase energy level help skin health, brain health & memory, reduce pain, relaxation as well as it helps us with weight loss or maintaining a healthy weight, increase in energy level, cardiovascular health, reduce risk of degenerative bone diseases


  1. Get Enough sunlight

When the natural sunlight hits the skin, it stimulates the production of Vitamin D.  Sunlight is the ultimate source for Vit D. Having enough Vit D, boosts your immunity & prevents you from various diseases such as SAD (Seasonal affective disorder), wide range of skin diseases
