  1. Drink Water:

The Human body (Adult) constitutes around 50-60% of H2O, for all the essential activities i.e. absorption, distribution, metabolism & excretion of food supplements, medicines, etc. water is a necessary component. However, drinking water doesn’t include soda or other beverages. You may squeeze a lemon into the water & drink it

  1. Eat-in a healthy way & track your food intake

Make sure carbohydrates (starchy food like potatoes, rice, pasta, etc.), Proteins (Egg, meat, milk), Vitamins (vegetables & fruit) Dairy items (avoid much cheese, butter & high-fat foods)

Getting enough sleep is important not only for your brain but for overall body functional mechanism i.e. mental, physical & emotional performance

  1. Get Enough sunlight

When the natural sunlight hits the skin, it stimulates the production of Vitamin D.  Sunlight is the ultimate source for Vit D. Having enough Vit D, boosts your immunity & prevents you from various diseases such as SAD (Seasonal affective disorder), wide range of skin diseases
